The easiest way to make healthy and tasty fried cabbage sticks

Ingredients: a big cabbage slice, lemon, oil for frying as needed, salt as per taste, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, a handful of boiled corn grains, one cup milk one cup water.

Method:

To make a fried cabbage stick, first cut the cabbage slices as shown in the picture.
Now put a little oil in a frying pan and flip the cabbage slices from both the sides and fry them till they turn light brown. When it turns light brown on both sides, take it out.

To make soup:

Heat a little oil in a pan. Add finely chopped green chilies. Add finely chopped onion and stir until onion turns brown. Now add finely chopped tomatoes in the pan.

Then add finely chopped green onion leaves and stir it well. Now add boiled corn grains and fry well. When this mixture is mixed well, add half cup of milk and half cup of water in it and add salt as per taste.

Cook until slightly thick. Now put fried cabbage slices on top of it with a little lemon juice on both sides. Now spread this prepared gourd soup over the cabbage slices and serve it well.
